He even kills the family dog because it pissed on his shoe, and highlights that turning it into Banzo finally made the dog obey him. Many of the videos in the series involve him screaming at the animatronics, his wife, his kids, and his brother. Control Freak: Part of why he's so horrible is that he gets irrationally angry when he's disobeyed in any way. 
The trailer for the second season reveals that he escaped the mental asylum and that he's planning to do something with a theme park. This is actually Subverted if you consider that his main objective was saving his company and reputation, and instead he caused his company to fail, destroyed his reputation and made the demon very angry for his failure, so much so that it sent the souls of his family to torment and try to kill him. His punishment for his senseless slaughter? Being put into a mental asylum.
The Bad Guy Wins: He made a Deal with the Devil, killed his entire family and made murderous toys and tv shows that killed a few more people before he was finally caught. His real name is Martin Greywhinder, and all of his toys have been possessed by his deceased family members.
